In the wonderful world of yoga, there are always so many amazing events, workshops, courses and more happening around the world and on our doorsteps. Below is just a tiny offering from our studio, or beautiful yogis who are dear to My Asana, who also have special things to share.

In addition to our regular schedule of classes, we also offer workshops and Asana labs where we demystify and explore poses and sequences in more detail. We also offer mini urban retreats, school holiday camps, sound healings, meditation courses and much more.

Join Dr Daniella Goldberg and Simone Lai, two senior yoga teachers who have both navigated the menopause journey and are passionate about helping women thrive through midlife and beyond. This unique workshop combines the wisdom of yoga with the science of healthy ageing, supporting women through perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause with practical tools for strength, vitality and wellbeing. Throughout the day you'll explore: • Menopause-informed yoga and mindful movement • Strength and resistance training for bone, brain and heart health • Mobility and functional movement practices • Breathwork for nervous system regulation • Restorative yoga for deep rest and recovery • Evidence-based education on healthy ageing and longevity Dr Daniella Goldberg is a medical scientist, yoga, breathwork and mindfulness teacher whose doctoral research explored bone health, osteoporosis and hormones. For more than a decade, she has led wellbeing classes, workshops, courses and retreats supporting women through midlife and healthy ageing. Simone Lai brings more than 20 years of experience integrating yoga, mobility and strength training, helping women build confidence, resilience and strength while honouring the body's changing needs. A delicious morning tea together is included, providing time to relax, connect and share the journey with like-minded women. Tal's Signature Meditation Essentials Retreat Join the My Asana community for Tal's Signature Meditation Essentials Retreat, where we will condense three separate workshops into one amazing day in an urban mini-retreat format. This unique experience allows you to delve deeper into meditation and explore subtle practices without taking too much time out of your life. The day includes: 1. What is Meditation: Understand the wheel of awareness and the foundation of meditation. 2. Diving Deeper: Learn about the different styles of meditation and their effects on the brain and body. 3. Yoga and Meditation: Discover how meditation fits within the limbs of yoga to enhance your practice. We’ll start with an open yoga class to set a mindful tone, followed by over 22 different practices, ample time for questions, and a delicious lunch by Jeevi, the Laughing Chef. To help you maintain your practice after the retreat, you can join a WhatsApp group for a 21-day sadhana, providing support and community as you continue your meditation journey.
