As a small business, we need to have policies and procedures in place to ensure the viability of our studio. We will always be as accommodating and understanding as we can, so please don’t hesitate to email us if you have any questions about our policies or your experience at the studio. Exceptions can be made in exceptional circumstances.
Class Cancellations

If you cannot make a class, please cancel your booking 12 hours prior to class. You can then transfer your booking to another class (if Drop-In) or the class will be credited back to your account (if on a Membership or Class Pack). If you cancel a booking less than 12 hours prior to class, your class will be forfeited.
Weekly Membership
​
We offer the following Weekly Memberships at My Asana:

Unlimited classes per week - $66

3 classes per week - $55

2 classes per week - $44

These memberships are direct debited every fortnight.
6-week minimum commitment to start with a 2-week cancellation notice period. If we don’t hear from you, your membership will roll over until we do.

Membership holds should be requested in writing 1-week in advance. A minimum of 7 days hold period at a time.

Class Packs
​
We offer the following Class Packs:

10 Class Pack - $250

20 Class pack - $460

Our Class Packs are valid for 6 months. If you haven’t used all your classes within the 6-month period, you can extend the pack for another 3 months for $50. Please email the studio to discuss class pack extensions. One class credit will be deducted for package users for late cancellations less than 2 hours before the start of the class.
Drop In Class
​
Students can buy a one-off Drop In class for $30.
Intro Pass
​
We offer an Intro Pass to new students which allows you to try unlimited classes within a 2-week period for $66. The 14 days begins from the date of your first class. We do not offer extensions for the Intro Pass.
