This class is designed for people who want to focus on form, control and the core principles of Pilates. Each movement is broken down with clear guidance on alignment, breath and muscle engagement, helping you build strength safely while gaining the full benefits of a mindful Pilates practice.

You’ll be offered options to modify or progress every exercise, supporting a gradual and confident build toward more challenging variations. Mat Pilates develops deep core strength, balanced muscle tone and improved posture, creating the foundations of a stable, well-aligned and resilient body.

REFORMER PILATES

This one-on-one session is designed for those who want personalised guidance, targeted support, and a deeper understanding of Pilates technique. With your instructor’s full attention, each movement is tailored to your goals, body needs, and experience level, ensuring safe alignment, effective muscle engagement, and steady progress.

Working on the reformer allows for precise adjustments, resistance variations, and hands-on correction to enhance strength, mobility and control. Private Reformer Pilates helps build a strong core, balanced posture and improved overall movement patterns, offering a highly customised session that meets you exactly where you are.
