Our School Holiday Camps offer kids a fun, active and calming way to spend their break. Designed for a mix of movement, creativity and mindfulness, each session blends age-appropriate yoga, playful Pilates-inspired exercises, breathwork and relaxation techniques that help children build strength, balance and body awareness—all while having a great time.
Guided by our experienced instructors, kids explore movement through games, simple flows, teamwork activities and creative expression.
They’ll also enjoy moments of stillness with guided relaxation, helping them learn how to settle their minds and regulate their emotions. Our camps are a warm, supportive space where children can move, connect, build confidence and return home feeling happy, energised and centred.
