We are honoured to have Bianca teaching her signature Synergy Vinyasa Method at My Asana, which she developed through her knowledge as a Physiotherapist, 30 years of Yoga Teaching and 25 years running Yoga Teacher Training.
The Synergy Vinyasa style combines the styles of Iyengar, Ashtanga, and traditional Hatha Yoga to give you a flowing, strengthening and nurturing practice.
Synergy classes focus on alignment, balance and flexibility. They involve 6 main sequences taught progressively over a 9 week period, however you can join the class at any stage in the 9 weeks.
Weekly classes: Wednesday 7-8am, Friday 10:30-11:30am
