As a small business, we need to have policies and procedures in place to ensure the viability of our studio. We will always be as accommodating and understanding as we can, so please don’t hesitate to email us if you have any questions about our policies or your experience at the studio.
If you cannot make a class, please cancel your booking 12 hours prior to class. You can then transfer your booking to another class (if Drop-In) or the class will be credited back to your account (if on a Membership or Class Pack). If you cancel a booking less than 12 hours prior to class, your class will be forfeited.
We offer the following Weekly Memberships at My Asana:
- Unlimited classes per week – $55
- 3 classes per week – $49
- 2 classes per week – $39
These memberships run for 3 months and payments are direct debited every fortnight. Students can cancel their membership at the end of the 3 month cycle by emailing the studio 1 week prior to the end of their membership. If we don’t hear from you, we will roll your membership over for another 3 months.
Within every 3 month cycle, students can place their membership on hold for 10 days. To do this, simply email the studio with 1 weeks notice and we will happily place your membership on hold.
We offer the following Class Packs at My Asana:
- 10 Class Pack – $225
- 20 Class pack – $430
Our Class Packs are valid for 3 months. If you haven’t used all your classes within the 3 month period, you can extend the pack for another 3 months for $30. Please email the studio to discuss Class pack extensions.
Drop In Class
Students can buy a one-off Drop In class for $25.
We offer an Intro Pass to new students which allows you to try 3 classes within a 10 day period for $55. The 10 days begins from the date of your first class. We do not offer extensions for the Intro Pass.
